The latest (and hopefully last) updated trial date is Monday, November 3, 2025.  About a week and half earlier than expected. Jury selection will begin on this day immediately followed by the trial. The judge has also been updated and the case will now begin be heard by Judge Maureen Keough. 

We continue to feel hopeful and remain optimistic that justice will be served for Zack. We also want to remind everyone that the proceedings are open to the public and anyone who wishes to attend is welcome to be there in support. There is limited seating so there is no guarantee. It’s hard to say how long the trial will be but we are expecting it to be a couple of weeks.
