We are less than a week away from the start of the trial process, and here are some FAQs for those wishing to attend.
Jury selection is set to begin on Monday, November 3. This process will likely take a few days, so a definitive start date for the trial and opening statements has not yet been set, but proceedings are expected to begin later in the week hopefully by Wednesday or Thursday.
The proceedings will take place on the 5th floor in Courtroom 11, in front of Judge Maureen Keough, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Please note that this time is subject to change from day to day, but we will provide updates as needed.
The trial will be held at:
Licht Judicial Complex
250 Benefit Street
Providence, Rhode Island 02903
(Supreme and Superior Courts)
Limited public parking is available on nearby streets. Parking garages and lots are also available in the area, with fees that vary by location.
The trial is expected to continue into the following week, excluding Tuesday, November 11 (Veterans Day).
Proper dress is required. No shorts, tank tops, or hats are allowed in any courtroom.
No food or beverages are permitted inside the building. Water fountains (bubblers) are available once inside.
Thank you for your continued support. We are so close to getting justice for Zack.
